Sodexo is the on-campus caterer for the Danforth campus, as of May 18, 2023. Sodexo is committed to providing the best on-campus meal experience. Campus Life Event Management does require many events to utilize Sodexo for all food & beverage service.
Events in premier-level spaces or events with alcohol are required to use Sodexo for all food & drink service.
Events in standard-level, pooled classrooms or outdoor spaces are encouraged to use Sodexo for all food & beverage service.
How to Place Your Catering Order

Event food & beverage requirements:
- Premier-level spaces require the use of Sodexo for all food and beverage service. Events in standard-level, pooled classrooms and outdoor spaces are encouraged to use Sodexo, however, you are permitted to use an external caterer if approved in advance by your event coordinator.
- Make your menu selection directly with Sodexo a minimum of 14 business days before an event.
- For events that will include alcohol, Sodexo will need a minimum 21 business days notice in order to obtain a liquor license.
- Any meeting/event that includes food/drink must also notify their event coordinator no later than 14 business days before their event. Departments / groups are required to send a copy of their catering order to their event coordinator.
