As an Event Coordinator, Kaitlyn works directly with Faculty & Staff members across the Danforth University Campus to assist them in the booking process and execution of their events. Additionally, Kaitlyn gets to coordinate with many couples from the St. Louis area that wish to be married at our very own Graham Chapel.

Mandy manages the Reserve-A-Space web application system. This includes system errors, organization changes, adding a school or department spaces to Reserve-A-Space.

Kellie manages all facilities operations for Event Management & Campus Life. This includes the maintenance, repair, and renovation needs.

Indra serves as Event Manager and collaborates with clients who host meetings and events in Event Management spaces to oversee the venue booking process, coordination, and execution of their events. She is also a part of implementing the campus Youth Protection Policy, and she manages the Event Management Student Event Assistant team.

EVENT COORDINATOR (STUDENT GROUPS)

In her role as Event Coordinator, Jen collaborates directly with recognized WashU Student Groups, on their events & programs, on the Danforth Campus. Services included are coordinating event services, meeting with student groups to understand their event vision, coordinating campus partner services, and designing the layout of the student group event.
