Campus Life Event Management
The Event Management Department within the Office of Campus Life manages more than thirty unique event spaces on the Danforth Campus. These spaces range from our Premier Level spaces; Standard Level spaces and multiple outdoor spaces. In addition to these spaces, Event Management coordinates the reservation/booking of pooled classrooms throughout the Danforth Campus.
The Event Management team provides comprehensive event coordination services to students, staff, faculty and external clients in our spaces. These services include, but not limited to: Space reservation assistance (Reserve A Space); Liason to our campus partners and external vendors; Event consultation and guidance; Event layout design; and Comprehensive event management and logistics.

August 31, 2024 | Student Group Leader Training – **REQUIRED ATTENDANCE FOR ALL STUDENT GROUP EXECUTIVES** No student group programming, events of any type on this date. *Programming / events include: meetings (of any type), recruiting, rehearsal / practices, try outs, games, meets, tournaments, socials, fundraising, tabling, etc. No student group programming/ events from August 16th – September 1st. |
September 1, 2024 | First Day Student Groups may begin programming (any event / program type, including general body meetings) in Standard Level or Premier Level Space. |
September 9, 2024 | Pooled classrooms are available for reservation requests for (through December 8, 2024) student groups and university departments. |
September 13, 2024 | Deadline for student group / organizations to submit application for Campus Life / SU Recognition through WUGO. Deadline to submit SU Category change application form through WUGO. Deadline to submit a Student Group name change through WUGO. |
October 5, 2024 – October 8, 2024 | Fall Break No Classes |
October 9, 2024 | First date that RECURRING meetings/events may be requested for the Spring 2025 Semester |
