Campus Life Event Management

The Event Management Department within the Office of Campus Life manages more than thirty unique event spaces on the Danforth Campus. These spaces range from our Premier Level spaces; Standard Level spaces and multiple outdoor spaces. In addition to these spaces, Event Management coordinates the reservation/booking of pooled classrooms throughout the Danforth Campus.

The Event Management team provides comprehensive event coordination services to students, staff, faculty and external clients in our spaces. These services include, but not limited to: Space reservation assistance (Reserve A Space); Liason to our campus partners and external vendors; Event consultation and guidance; Event layout design; and Comprehensive event management and logistics.

First day student groups may begin to program for spring (any event type, including general body meetings)
January 27, 2025Pooled Classroom template opens for booking requests
March 8 – 15, 2025Spring Break
March 12, 2025Standard and Premier Room template opens for one-time event requests for the 2026 calendar year
March 17, 2025Recurring meetings for the Fall 2025 semester may be requested
April 27, 2025Student Groups last day to program
May 15, 2025Commencement
