Event Management

The Event Management Department manages more than thirty unique event spaces on the Danforth Campus. These spaces range from our Premier Level spaces; Standard Level spaces and multiple outdoor spaces. In addition to these spaces, Event Management coordinates the reservation/booking of pooled classrooms throughout the                   Danforth Campus.

The Event Management team provides comprehensive event coordination services to students, staff, faculty and external clients in our spaces. These services include, but not limited to: Space reservation assistance (Reserve A Space); Liaison to our campus partners and external vendors; Event consultation and guidance; Event layout design; and Comprehensive event management and logistics.

September 8, 2025Pooled Classroom template opens for booking requests
October 8, 2025Recurring meetings for the SP26 semester may be requested
December 7, 2025Last Day to Program (Student Groups)
January 12, 2026First Day of Spring Classes
January 26, 2026Pooled Classroom template opens for booking requests
March 16, 2026Recurring meetings for the FA26 semester may be requested

2027 Calendar year opens for one time bookings

Weddings & Receptions
