Campus Life Event Management

The Event Management Department within the Office of Campus Life manages more than thirty unique event spaces on the Danforth Campus. These spaces range from our Premier Level spaces; Standard Level spaces and multiple outdoor spaces. In addition to these spaces, Event Management coordinates the reservation/booking of pooled classrooms throughout the Danforth Campus.

The Event Management team provides comprehensive event coordination services to students, staff, faculty and external clients in our spaces. These services include, but not limited to: Space reservation assistance (Reserve A Space); Liason to our campus partners and external vendors; Event consultation and guidance; Event layout design; and Comprehensive event management and logistics.
