The Orchid Room is located on the first floor of the DUC, on the South end of the building. This room serves best as a banquet space. The adjacent Rudolph Courtyard is included with the Orchid Room reservation.

Harvey Media Center can provide additional AV Equipment and Services for Campus Life event spaces.

- Panel discussion microphone package
- Portable Fender PA system
- Projector / screens
It is advisable to request any necessary equipment as soon as possible and no less than 48 hours in advance. Equipment availability is not guaranteed. Please contact your event coordinator to discuss the use of non-university AV companies in this space.
