Space Options

Standard Set: Table Seating for 120

Maximum seating for a buffet dinner: 184 (with dinner served from within 100A or Schoenberg Gallery)

Maximum seating theater style: 200 (facing the stage) 

Maximum capacity for a standing event (no tables): Fire code = 499 with NO furniture or obstructions 

 

Space Guidelines

  • Events hosted in these spaces must comply with the guidelines for all space rentals.
  • Loading dock access to this space is not guaranteed.
  • Clients may use the listed amenities below to set the room themselves.  All items must be returned to their proper place prior to the end of the reservation time to avoid an emergency rate post-clean.

  • Twenty 6 foot x 30 inch mitylite tables
  • Built-in platform stage

Equipment and Audio-Visual Features

  • MP3 connection to house sound system
  • 2 wireless handheld microphones (discuss with your event coordinator)
  • Additional audio-visual equipment can be secured if arranged 2 weeks prior to your event date through your event coordinator
