Need to transition an in-person meeting to a digital meeting? We’re here to help! Event management is happy to offer various resources for spaces across campus.
- DUC 234/276: Web cameras and microphones are available for broadcasting and presentations. Please contact your event coordinator for set-up assistance.
- Small DUC Meeting Rooms: HDMI cords are available, and can be utilized to project your Zoom meeting (both audio and visual) from your laptop to the screen in the room. Clients will need to use their own laptop and web camera in these spaces. These spaces are self-service.
- For assistance with transitioning to a virtual meeting in a pooled classroom, please contact the Teaching Center.
- Recording services in Premier Spaces can be provided through Media Services.
- Broadcasting and presentation services may be able to be provided through the Harvey Media Center, or Media Services. Notice of at least three business days is required, and availability is limited. Please reach out to your event coordinator to inquire about these services.
