We have transformed many of our campus spaces to accommodate your physically-distant study needs.

Beginning Wednesday, May 5, 2021, all cubby locations will be closed except for the Olin Library. The Olin Library Main Floor cubbies and Whisper’s Café cubbies will remain open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Thursday, May 13, 2021.

Getting Started

Making a Reservation

You will need to reserve a study cubby in advance. Reservations can be made using Reserve-A-Space. When you login, select “Create Reservation” and find the “Cubby Reservations” template. Cubbies will be listed by their building name, and number.

Study cubbies are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted in the drop-down below. Reservations  can be made up to seven days in advance.

Reserved a cubby you no longer need? Go to “My Events” in Reserve-A-Space to cancel the reservation.
